We serve Greater Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts areas, as well as the neighboring states. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll confirm availability.
Ideally 1–2 days in advance, but we often accommodate next-day shoots depending on availability.

Most shoots take 45–90 minutes depending on the size of the property and services selected.

The property should be clean, decluttered, and staged as it would appear for a showing. In a real-world scenario we know it’s easier said than done, and so we try to work around any such issues to the best of our abilities.
Having worked for a while now we know that not every property will be photo-ready. We’ll make minor adjustments on-site when needed, but the home should be fully prepared as much it can be, before we arrive to ensure the best results.
We can still shoot, but results may be affected. For best outcomes, preparation is key.

All projects are delivered by the next day.
You’ll receive a private link to an online gallery where you can view, download, and access all your media. The same link also includes your invoice for easy payment.
Yes, both versions are included for MLS compliance and marketing use.

Pricing for multi-unit properties is based on per-unit coverage rather than total square footage. Each unit is treated as its own space since it requires individual photography and/or 3D capture.
For larger properties, we provide custom quotes based on the number of units and size of each unit.
This ensures accurate pricing and consistent quality across every unit.
Bulk pricing may be available for larger properties.
